Glasses, cups, forks, spoons, knives, plates, not very clean. The sea is not transparent.

The hotel is ideally located near local historical sites such as ancient Roman city of Ephesus, offering a great opportunity for cultural exploration. Additionally, it has a fantastic water park with dozens of slides, perfect for a fun-filled day with the family. Its proximity to the local town center means easy access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. On top of that, the hotel is situated right on the beach, providing stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.

There seems to be an issue with the quality of the food offered at the hotel.

The food was very tasty and varied. The room was always nicely cleaned and the best thing I found was that there were lifeguards at every corner, which gave me as a mother a safe, relaxed feeling. An extra plus for the bars in the resort! The cocktails are inclusive and lovingly made. The big hit with the kids: Kids Cocktail. It was just perfect! Thank you for the nice time!

Unfortunately, the use of the bowling lane is far too overpriced!

The all-inclusive offer of food was very varied and delicious.

On the last day we did not receive any new towels in spite of the demand. This must not happen in a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the beach, allowing guests to have easy access to the beautiful sandy shores. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options such as eggs, bread, ham, cheese, pancakes. Additionally, the hotel has a private beach, which is great for relaxation and enjoying the sea.

There were some issues with cleanliness around the pool area, as several guests experienced slippery floors which led to falls and injuries, especially among children.

The weather was lovely, had relaxing stay on this holiday. The staff were superfriendly and a satisfactory breakfast was provided. The hotel had a stunning location in the waterpark. I stayed here for a trip and would come here again.

Although the facility is very large, it was never overcrowded. The staff is very nice, and the reception was very courteous and helpful.

Great service and really nice staff. Our family room was spotless and had everything we needed - a big bed, a balcony, and a free safe! the pool area was also lovely 😊.

It is a really good place for relaxation, and many fantastic programs for children. We enjoyed our holidays.
